Description

This machine is suitable for peeling, seeding and juicing (pulping) of watermelon. The machine mainly consists of special crusher, separation cylinder, liquid collection tank, seed cylinder, frame, transmission parts and so on. When working, the material enters into the crusher from the inlet, and enters into the separating cylinder after crushing by the teeth of the crushing knife, the juice, pulp and peel roll over in the separating cylinder, so that the juice, pulp and peel can be separated, the peel is discharged through the dregs hopper, and the juice and pulp fall into the juice collection tank and flow into the seeding cylinder, the seeding cylinder has a silicone scraper, which scrapes the juice from the small holes on the seeding cylinder, and then flows into the next process through the outlet, and the seeds are discharged through the outlet, thus realizing the peeling, seeding and pulping. The seeds are discharged from the seed outlet, thus realizing the separation of skin, seeds and juice.
