Hard Candy Production Line
From sugar cooking to finished candies — one complete line for hard candy production. Output 1–3 t per 8-hour shift · Stainless steel construction · 380 V · CE-marked equipment
Overview
The Hard Candy Production Line is a complete turnkey system that covers every stage of hard candy making — from cooking the sugar syrup to cooling and screening the finished candies. Six matched machines work as one line: sugar cooking cooker, water circulation cooling table, batch roller, rope sizer, candy forming machine with die, and cooling sifter. One supplier, one system, and a simple path from raw sugar to saleable candy.
Key Features
A complete turnkey line from one supplier.
The line brings six matched machines — sugar cooking, cooling table, batch roller, rope sizer, forming machine with die and cooling sifter — into a single production flow, so you avoid the hassle of integrating equipment from different vendors. One responsible point of contact makes commissioning, operation and maintenance simpler from day one.
Stable, controllable sugar cooking.
The sugar cooking cooker combines 24 kW heating with a built-in mixer (1.1 kW, 30 rpm) and a 200 L capacity, so the sugar mass is heated and stirred evenly for consistent syrup quality — the foundation of good hard candy.
Consistent shapes from rope to finished candy.
After cooking, the mass is cooled on the stainless steel water circulation cooling table, formed into a uniform rope by the batch roller and rope sizer, then stamped into shape by the forming machine with interchangeable dies. The result is even, repeatable oval hard candies, with a forming output of 1–3 t per 8-hour shift.
Built to last, easy to finish.
Key stations are built in stainless steel for hygienic handling, the batch roller is CE-marked, and the final cooling sifter cools and screens the candies before packing — so product leaves the line clean, uniform and ready for packaging. The whole line runs on 380 V.
Application Scenarios
For small and medium candy factories and new entrants.
This line is an ideal entry point for small and medium candy producers, startups entering the confectionery business, and private-label or OEM brands building their own hard candy range. Because it is a complete turnkey system, you lower your entry investment and avoid the complexity of integrating machines from different vendors — from raw sugar to finished candy on one compact line.
For hard candy brands and multi-product food companies.
The line produces classic oval hard candies that can be wrapped and bagged for retail, and its multi-station design supports product development across flavors and colors. It suits candy manufacturers, confectionery workshops and food companies expanding into sugar confectionery, as well as suppliers producing candies for local and export markets.
