The blueberry grading machine consists of a conveyor belt fruit picking platform, a fan and a grading part. Through manual loading, pre-cooling and dehumidification by the fan, inferior fruits and impurities are picked out on the conveyor belt, and then enter the grading part. Each grading roller in the grading part is equipped with circular holes of different diameters, evenly arranged on the roller (the grade closest to the feed inlet is the smallest grade, and according to the diameter of the holes on the roller, the second and third grades are arranged backwards, and the blueberries in the last grade are the largest in size). Starting from the conveyor belt, the blueberries enter the sorting part in turn. Under the action of the roller, size grading is achieved, and the blueberries of the corresponding diameter size of each roller will be transported to the user's turnover basket by the corresponding outlet conveyor belt, thus completing the entire sorting process. This machine will not cause blueberry powder to fall or the fruit to be damaged during the selection process.
